The AI layer goes live

  • Real AI behind every tool that asks for it, via OpenRouter — Persona Builder, Content Roulette and Content Resonance previously echoed the prompt back as template text
  • Persona avatars are generated images rather than a 1×1 placeholder PNG stretched to size
  • Content Roulette progression fixed: selecting fewer than five industries failed a server validator and stranded the user on the selection screen
  • AI responses are shape-validated before reaching the UI, so a malformed idea no longer crashes the page
  • Seed-deck fallback wired for when both AI and curated pools come back empty
  • AI, save and preference failures now report the real error instead of a generic message

Walkthrough fixes and a CI gate

  • Typecheck script plus GitHub Actions CI on every push to main — this caught 63 pre-existing type errors on the first run
  • Red Pen: documents were stored in the hashing format rather than the document format, so no uploaded content could be displayed
  • Red Pen: Word ingestion fixed (mammoth Node API) and empty ingests now fail loudly
  • Email Campaign Analyzer: Mailchimp export labels carry no trailing colon, so every metric except URL failed to parse
  • PPA: 19 read and write paths were discarding their errors silently
  • Signal Hunter: monitor routes could not render a child route
  • Toast hosts mounted globally — 62 files called toast() with nothing listening

  • Organisation creation fixed: an INSERT…RETURNING applied a SELECT policy before the membership row existed, blocking every signup
  • Tenant access unified on a single model — the membership table it previously keyed on had never held a row

  • Auth and invite links pinned to the canonical origin
